We extend a warm invitation to join us at the upcoming Foundation Laying Program of the Ambedkar Knowledge Center and Prabuddha Cultural Center initiated by Project Navayan, scheduled to take place on the auspicious occasion of Ambedkar Jayanti in 2023. This event marks a monumental stride in our journey towards effecting positive social change through education and community development.
The foundation stone for this transformative initiative will be laid by distinguished guests, Kaikaluru MLA Sri Dulam Nageswara Rao and MLC Sri Jayamangala Venkataramana, who will grace the occasion as chief guests. The ceremony will embrace Buddhist traditions, including the solemn recitation of the Panchaseela, led by Mr. Rabindranath Pamu Garu, the Eluru District Convenor of the Buddhist Society of India.
The Ambedkar Knowledge Center and Prabuddha Cultural Center project stand as torchbearers of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar’s profound vision encapsulated in the words, “Educate, Agitate, and Organize.” The primary objectives of this endeavor encompass providing quality education, fostering vocational skills among Dalit Bahujans, championing human rights, promoting community development, and fostering inter-communal harmony. Moreover, the Prabuddha Cultural Center aspires to create a casteless society that encourages free inter-caste and inter-faith marriages.
To empower the Dalit Bahujans of the Kaikaluru Constituency through education, the project envisions the construction of a state-of-the-art computer lab, a well-equipped conference room, and a modern library, all to be housed on the generously allocated 10 cents of land courtesy of MLA Sri Dulam Nageswara Rao. We express our deepest gratitude to MLA Mr. DNR for this remarkable contribution, and our appreciation extends to Atapaka Sarpanch Talari John Mani for facilitating the land allotment order.
The Foundation Laying Program promises to be an enlightening occasion with Dr. Gowada Veerraju, Head of Political Science and Public Administration at Andhra University, as the keynote speaker. The event will be presided over by Atapaka Sarpanch Mrs. Talari Mani John, and will witness the esteemed presence of influential figures including Kaikaluru MPP Mr. Adivi Krishna, Mudinepalli MPP Mr. Ramisetti Satyanarayana, and Kaikaluru Sarpanch Mrs. Danam Navaratna Kumari, among other dignitaries.
We eagerly anticipate the presence of YSRCP leaders, members of the Ambedkar Youth Bhujabalapatnam Team, Danigudem Ambedkar Youth Team, and various Dalit activists who share our vision of creating positive social transformation.
The Navayan Buddhist Society, led by Founder Director Vijay Kumar Vangalapudi and President Mr. John Talari, along with its dedicated team, remains steadfast in its commitment to realizing this noble vision.
