In the continuing struggle for our village’s land rights, today, a representation was made by our society elders Rafaelu and Salman, along with the RDO and Collector of Eluru, regarding the land issue concerning our village society.
Following the orders of the Krishna District Collector and the Gudivada RDO, a survey was conducted last month to address the land issue of our society. Due to the district changes and the subsequent administrative modifications, the survey report has been pending for the last ten months, as explained by the Eluru District Collector and district-level authorities.
In August and September, the Eluru Collector’s office responded to the application submitted through the Spandana portal and the information obtained through the RTI, providing us with documents submitted by the Forest Department. These documents confirm our claims that the 31.5 acres of land in question rightfully belong to our society.
In the ongoing struggle for our village, we seek the cooperation of each and every individual. We must fight for our rights and stand united. We urge the elders and members of the society to come forward and support the cause
